Full Terms and Conditions
1. Promoters: Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ (CCEP). Wells & Co Brewpoint Cut Throat Lane, Fairhill, Bedford, MK41 7FY. Please do not send correspondence to these addresses.2. The Prize(s): 24 x sports funds in total up to £1000 per venue.
2. Funds to be allocated to 2 football clubs per participating venue, set out below.
3. Value of sports fund: with every purchase of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar (CCZS) from a participating venue, CCEP will contribute £0.20, and Wells & Co will contribute £0.10 to the ‘TotalFund’. Each participating venue shall have its own Total Fund of up to £1000. The value of the sports fund will be derived from the Total Fund, subject to the number of tokens allocated to each club by customers. Customers who purchase CCZS at the participating venue will be provided with a token which can be used to select their
preferred football club. The tokens attributed to each football club will determine the portion of the Total Fund, that will go to the sports fund for that specific club.
4. Prizes can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged or used in any other way. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited. Any breach of this term will result in disqualification, and we reserve the right to cancel the prize.
5. Eligibility: Entry is open FA registered Grassroots football clubs in Great Britain, over the age of 16. Football clubs must be within 5 miles of the participating venue in which they are nominated. Football Clubs are limited to being nominated at one participating venue only. Multiple nominations across multiple participating venues may result in the Promoters electing one relevant venue for the football club at their discretion.
6. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion and/or claim any prize you may win.
7. Startdate and closing date: This promotion opens at 00:00 on 17.07.24 and closes at 23:59 on 23.08.24. Entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
8. How to participate: To nominate an FA registered Grassroots football club with a participating venue, complete the online nomination form by 23:59 12th July 2024. All questions on the nomination form must be completed, including contact names, email address and number together with a reason of why the club is being nominated and what that sports fund will be used for.
9. Maximum of one nomination per football club. List of venues participating in this promotion are;

10. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique email address and mobile number will be accepted per football club.
11. Wells & Co, will review the nominations received across all participating venues and select 2 football clubs per venue, to be put forward to receive a sports fund. Each participating venue shall display the football clubs selected for the sports fund.
12. Customers who purchase Coca-Cola ZeroSugar at the participating venue during the promotional period, shall be provided with a token to use to select their preferred football club at the participating venue.
13. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the club does not receive any tokens, they will not be entitled to the sports fund.
14. Winner selection and notification: From all eligible nominations two FA-registered Grassroots football clubs per participating venue will be selected by Wells & Co at its discretion, based on the responses provided on the nomination forms. Tokens contributed to each football club by customers, will be counted and from the Total Fund, the two football clubs at each participating venue shall receive a proportionate sports fund. All winners will be notified within 7 days after the promotional period via
email to the email address submitted with their application.
15. All winners must claim their prize within 28 days of our notification. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you by email and phone, using details provided on application. If you cannot be contacted or you have not claimed your prize within 28 days of notification, or you are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible football club. We do not
accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize for any reason.
16. The promoters are not responsible for:
16.1 any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the promotion.
16.2technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer account resulting from participating in this promotion, or mistranscribed data.
16.3 unauthorized human intervention or human error which may occur in any part of the entry process or the process for allocating the prize(s);
16.4 technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; Nothing in this section shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
17. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
18. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
19. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with these terms and
conditions.
20. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
21. In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
22. In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
23. If you win, you agree to co-operate (and to procure the co-operation of your companions who share in the benefits of the prize) with any of our reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.
24. In so far as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
25. Our decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
26. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, these terms will prevail.
27. We reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
27.1 there has been a breach of:
27.1.1 these terms and conditions.
27.1.2 any law; or
27.1.3 any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise.
27.2a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means;
or
27.3a participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the promotion.
28. A list of winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Wells & Co Brewpoint Cut Throat Lane, Fairhill, Bedford, MK41 7FY within 40 days of the closing date of the promotion. If you object to your details being made available, you must inform us when you are notified of your win. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
29. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
30. These terms and conditions are governed by relevant law of Great Britain and you, and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in a court of Great Britain. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
31. Data Protection: By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that the processing of your personal data is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in respect of the promotion and to enable you to enter the promotion and/or to claim any prize you may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate. If you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data prior to the end of the promotion, your participation may be cancelled.
Data Privacy
32. For the purposes of this promotion CCEP and Well & Co will be joint controllers.
33. Wells & Co will collect and process personal data for the purposes of entering the promotion. The mechanics of participation as follows: Football clubs can apply and up to 24 will be shortlisted to benefit from a sports fund within 12 Wells & Co venues. The sports fund shall be determined by the number of CCZS purchased during the promotional period, capped at £1000 per venue. The sports fund per shortlisted football club will be determined by the number of tokens each team receive from customers who purchase CCZS. 34. CCEP will be responsible for the delivery of the prizes to eligible winners and may request and process

35. Wells & Co and CCEP may collect and process the following data about physical prize winners: Nominated Football Clubs Contact Details (Name, email address, bank details)
36. Wells & Co and CCEP will not retain any personal data collect as part of the promotion for more than 40 days after the end of the promotional period
